As a former criminal prosecutor and insurance defense attorney, Deniz has tried dozens of criminal and civil cases to verdict. As residents and homeowners of Florida are increasingly mistreated by their insurance carriers, it becomes more and more important for aggressive attorneys to step in on their behalf and fight for them. Deniz recognizes that each and every single one of his clients is someone who has to live with and endure the damaged conditions that their home is in, and he consequently litigates each claim as if it were his own. In his spare time, Deniz is a private pilot and enjoys spending time with his family.

Melissa is a Florida Registered Paralegal with extensive experience specializing in insurance litigation. She has successfully supported attorneys throughout the discovery, trial, and appellate process. Melissa understands the importance in keeping clients updated regarding their cases, and ensures all clients receive the individual attention they deserve. Melissa enjoys boating, the outdoors, and animals.

 Morgan Zimmer is a Legal Assistant and Paralegal with extensive experience supporting complex litigation across Florida courts, specializing in first-party property, auto accident, and personal injury cases. Before joining our team she worked with some of the largest defense firms in the state of Florida for ten years. Morgan is also a commissioned Notary Public and Certified Loan Signing Agent.

  Jess Rodriguez is a dedicated legal professional with over a decade of experience in the legal field, having begun her career in 2009. She currently serves as the firm’s Intake Coordinator, where she is often the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through the initial stages of their case with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Jess brings a strong background in First Party Property litigation, with eight years of focused experience representing Plaintiffs. In addition, she has worked across a wide range of areas of law, including Collections, Family Law, Products Liability, Medical Malpractice and General Liability on the defense side.
